How do I place a custom/personalized order?

Select your options (name, text, color, size) on the product page and place your order. Please double-check the spelling: engraved and printed items are made to order and can't be changed once production starts.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days from order confirmation (Sundays and public holidays are not counted). For personalized items, this starts once your customization details are confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. Remote areas may take a little longer.
